STEP NO. 4: DESIGN STRATEGY PROPOSAL

Now you’re getting serious. We’ll take any combination of client-provided video, professional stock footage, or clips from an on-site video shoot, then fuse it with motion graphics, typography, and audio. Again, there are endless options so it’s hard to put a price tag on it. Typical projects like this require a minimum of 50 hours.

ESTIMATES VS. HOURLY RATES

Although we use competitive hourly rates as a starting point for a quote, we do not charge hourly. All of our work is charged as a flat rate contract. Your quote is estimated based on your individual needs and specifications, factoring in and adjusting for the overall scope and level of effort for each area of the contract.

For recurring work (e.g. Event Flier Design), those rates can be cut dramatically when they are contracted as a monthly service plan. In such a case, you essentially have us “on retainer” for a contracted number of hours each month, at a significant discount. It works out for both of us.
