In case you missed it on our Facebook page earlier this month, definitely check out this product promo we did for war-vet-turned-law-enforcement-turned-world-renown-firearms-instructor. We originally posted this video just over two weeks ago; since we publicized it, the video has been viewed over 1800 times, having been embedded on various websites, shared on Facebook and other social media, etc. This exposure has translated into a bump in exposure, sales, and social media followers.

This stuff works. It’s what we do.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

All footage was shot, edited, and compiled by Vagabond Original. In addition, we composed the musical score (turn on your speakers, turn up the volume, and tell us what you think). This is the first of several videos featuring this client’s signature product.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client John Farnam of Defense Training International Inc. is, in our eyes, a war hero. Allow me to gush a bit, since I’ve known him since I was in diapers . . .

After graduating from Cornell College with a BA in Biology, he entered the US Marine Corps Officer Candidate Program. After being commissioned a Second Lieutenant, he was sent to Vietnam as an infantry platoon leader. He was involved in heavy fighting and was awarded three Purple Hearts. His rank at retirement was major.
As a USMC Reservist, he has also been a police officer since 1971, and is presently a fully commissioned deputy sheriff (Training Officer) for the Park County, Colorado Sheriff’s Office.

He is a world renown firearms and tactics instructor, wonderfully loyal client, and dear friend. I’ve known him for decades, and I as long as I can remember, he has refrained from putting his name on a product. He is careful in his recommendations, and–in general–does not do endorsements.

So it’s a pretty big deal that he has decided to literally put his signature on a fighting rifle for dedicated operators. Congrats, John!
